Crack the BIOS password without any software

Few days back I came across a Acer laptop which was protected with a BIOS password.

All of my password recovery methods were failing to crack that.Ultimately I got to follow the procedure of the Desktop.

BIOS is actually ROM in which contains a program important for the Operating system to start.

Without this no computer in this universe works.

Step by step guide to crack BIOS Passwords Manually:-

For Desktop:->Open the PC Cabinet and locate the BIOS in Motherboard  as shown in picture. Next search for jumper which will be nearby this BIOS.

The Jumper will look like this and reposition the jumper where CLR is written and restart the system .

After restart again set the jumper to its originally position and now the password is cleared.

For Laptop:->

For Laptop it is very difficult to trace the BIOS chip at first site as every thing is embedded inside a laptop and also space is very compact to work out.

BIOS passwords are stored in an eeprom on a laptop instead of your normal eprom on a desktop. The extra e stands for electronically erasable programmable memory. Removing the power/battery doesn't erase them. They have to be reprogrammed/updated from the BIOS menu which means you have to know the password to change the password. Its an extra level of security in case its lost or stolen. There are ways around it but I don't believe we are allowed to discus them. 

Your best bet it to contact tech support at the manufacturer. If you can prove ownership they may help you fix it.

In case you forgot the BIOS password of your Laptop its my advice to refer to the respective manufacturer through Emails,Service centre.

If nothing happens through manufacturer go for some Backdoor passwords which is displayed below.
